CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We do our best to be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you show up for your appointment on time.
Please understand that therapists only get paid once they deliver treatment. Consequently, late cancellations or missed visits are costly, and prevent us from being able to use that time to provide treatment to someone else.
In the event that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule online, or contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Feel free to send a safe friend or a relative to take your appointment instead and let us know.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a late cancellation fee to the card on file as follows:

Missed appointments or cancellations made after the start time of your appointment will be charged 100% of the full treatment fee, regardless of the reason.

Cancellations made within the 24 hour window may be charged 25-50% of the full treatment fee for the 1st occurrence (situationally dependent), and 100% for subsequent occurrences.
*We recognize that life happens and there are circumstances beyond your control. Thus, exceptions may be made on occasion and are up to the therapists’ discretion.
*Please note: Missed or late cancelled appointments cannot be billed to your insurance benefits plan, as this is considered fraud. An additional 2.4% transaction fee charge applies to cancellation fees.
